On Saturday, the 30th of September, Mr & Mrs M had the chance to entertain Martienet & Jc’s wedding guests while they were off taking photos.
The wedding took place at Beloftebos just outside Stanford and we’ve made no secret about it that this venue is one of our favorites! If you want a wedding that has a forest feel to it, this is the perfect place for you. The whole venue is surrounded by trees with the river bubbling by happily. Ceremonies take place under the trees in view of the half glass venue and the lush lawn provides ample space for playing games. They also have a wooden deck next to the river and a area to make a bonfire. The staff is always helpful and friendly and you can rest assured that everything will be in place if you get married here.
Martienet and JC had a selection of 6 games for their guests to choose from and they even joined in on the fun after their photos. Everybody loved cornhole and croquet and others tried to get their silver ball closest to the jack in boules. For guests who preferred sitting down on the hay bales provided, noughts and crosses and giant dominoes were available to play with. Giant jenga had guests on their toes, trying to avoid pulling out the wrong block and sending the jenga tumbling to the ground.
The day was beautiful and the guests and the bridal couple amazing. Thank you Martienet and JC for making us part of your special day. we wish you endless incredible years together!
